The Internet is freaking amazing!
Just a quick note to give praise to the internet! I have been trying to sell my old home now since February — I am doing “For Sale by Owner” and I was trying during the “winter” months (and NOT using a Realtor) so I realize it was going to be tougher! Well, two days ago I decided to buck up the listing fee ($250) and list my home on http://www.forsalebyowner.com … In a matter of two days we received over 30 calls and had an offer we accepted. This was all before the sign they give you even arrived!! So, like I said, “The Internet is freaking amazing! Also the power of certain websites! Thanks ForSaleByOwner.com
