Negative Keyword Management for AdCenter Now On Campaign Level

Just wanted to post that I got an announcement from AdCenter that on Saturday, June 23, AdCenter is going to expanding negative keyword management to the campaign level.  This is a good move (I think), but does it help Microsoft gain back any more (or new) search engine marketing customers?  It seems to me they tend to follow suit, and still do not provide as much quality traffic as AdWords.  Thoughts?
